CARE AND REPAIRS
361 service center offers breakdown support when you need it. We are here to support you from the moment you purchase a product.
Our technical support team offer advice on usage of product. Call our team of experts on 20 20 410 and we will help you with any 'get started' and 'how to?' questions.
We are also committed to provide you repairs and maintenance services in the event that your product breaks down during warranty as well as after warranty. Terms and conditions apply.
We aim to repair your products within 10 working days. The repair will take place at our service center or at home, depending on product type.
Your product is beyond repair during warranty? Do not worry. We will provide you a new one. Terms and conditions apply.
If we cannot repair your product you will be given a 361 replacement voucher to obtain a replacement product in one of our showroom. You will have 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher to use the voucher. You will be given the opportunity to choose a similar or different product. The voucher will cover the amount of your original product purchase price.
In some instances, at our discretion where we have directed you to a third party for a repair, a replacement product may be given by a third party instead of a voucher by us. If the third party replaces your product your Care & Repair will continue.
Please note that once we replace your product, the original product becomes the property of Le Warehouse Ltd.

EXTENDED WARRANTY - CERISE
361 offers you the possibility to extend the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Warranty for a further period commencing on the expiry date of the Manufacturer's Warranty and ending on the end date in the extended warranty contract, provided full payment of the applicable fee has been made.
Extended warranty applies to structural, electrical, and mechanical defects as contemplated by the manufacturer of the Product.
Free Transport will be provided subject to the Product being above 30 kg or for TV sets bigger than 32".
All transportable products will need to be brought to the Company for repairs.
