For online orders to be collected in showroom, our team will confirm the payment and product availability of the stock in your chosen 361 showroom before processing your order(s).

Conditions for delivery above ground floor:We offer delivery above ground floor on exceptional cases only.
- In the event where our delivery team is required to go one floor up, we should be informed at time of purchase in showroom or online by clearly mentioning it in your online order.
- Staircase and/or doors must be wide enough to allow easy movement of appliances.
- Additional helping hands must be made available by customer (2 persons minimum).
- We shall not be held responsible for any damages to product or surroundings.
- Delivery on first floor is subjected to conditions.
- Should we be requested to deliver at a multi-storey building/apartment, an elevator must be available on site.
All orders above Rs 3,000, will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the shipping address. A delivery fee of Rs 300, will be charged for orders below this amount. This delivery fee will automatically be added to your order if the total order amount is below Rs 3,000.
We normally do not deliver to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block. Our team will only be able to assess if they can safely deliver above the first floor when they arrive on site.
Yes. We strongly advise the person whose name appear on the order confirmation or the invoice to sign the required documents upon delivery. Signatures by a third party can require you to call in one of our showrooms to redo the signature.
Our delivery team doesn’t work on Sundays and public holidays, except in peak seasons. However, collection in showroom is available during our operating times. Click here to check our opening hours.
