Delivery information

We will try our level best to deliver your product (s) within 2 working days, applicable to both online and showroom purchases.

  • You may choose your delivery date online or in showroom.
  • Your requested delivery date should not be earlier than 2 working days and not later than 2 months.

Our Logistic team will contact you prior to delivery. Our delivery team is operational from Monday to Friday 09 00 to 17 00 and Saturday from 09 00 to 12 00. 

For online orders to be collected in showroom, our team will confirm the payment and product availability of the stock in your chosen 361 showroom before processing your order(s).

For delivery queries, you may contact our delivery team on 2020 420 or online team on 2020 400 or drop us an email on info@lewarehouse.mu. Please provide your order number to facilitate the tracking.

Note that for all purchases (on www.361.mu) via CIM or Rogers Capital, we will do home delivery and delivery charges might be applicable where necessary (for all purchases below Rs 3000).

Conditions for delivery above ground floor:
We offer delivery above ground floor on exceptional cases only.
  • In the event where our delivery team is required to go one floor up, we should be informed at time of purchase in showroom or online by clearly mentioning it in your online order.
  • Staircase and/or doors must be wide enough to allow easy movement of appliances.
  • Additional helping hands must be made available by customer (2 persons minimum).
  • We shall not be held responsible for any damages to product or surroundings.
  • Delivery on first floor is subjected to conditions.
  • Should we be requested to deliver at a multi-storey building/apartment, an elevator must be available on site.
