1. The promoter is: Le Warehouse Ltd whose registered office is at Jackaria Street, Pailles trading under 361.

2. By participating in this game, you are accepting the fact that 361 may use your details for its own personal marketing services.

3. Closing date for entry will be Monday 6^th October 2023. After this date no further entries to the game will be permitted.

4. The prize is as follow:

Customer will be eligible to spin the 361 wheel for purchase of any Samsung Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Washer-Dryer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Television or Microwave in any of 361 retail outlets or Samsung Brandstore Phoenix Mall and will win cash vouchers. It will be 1 spin per invoice and every eligible client will go back with a cash voucher.

5. The rules of the game are as below:

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter the game.

• You need to be a Mauritian citizen to participate.

• You need to purchase any Samsung item or items (Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Washer-Dryer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Television or Microwave), in any 361 showrooms or Samsung Brandstore Phoenix Mall from 27^th October 2023 to 6^th November 2023 to be eligible to participate. You can enter the game with one entry per invoice.

• Participants will spin wheel one same day, just after the purchase, otherwise not applicable.

6. Le Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the game along with the terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the 361’s control. Any changes to the game will be notified to participants as soon as possible by 361.

7. Le Warehouse Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this game.

8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to Terms & Conditions. Le Warehouse Ltd reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. By entering this game, the participants agreed and are bound by Terms and Conditions.

10. The Winner agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with the data protection Act and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participants’ prior consent.

11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Le Warehouse Ltd, and not to any other party.

12. Vouchers can be redeemed at participating shops listed on the voucher (Giordano, Foir Fouille, Flo, De Facto, Dim, Tape a l'oeil Orchestra, King Jouet, Sport 2000, Charles & Keith.

13. To redeem the voucher, the customer must produce the physical voucher.

14. Lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced.

15. Employees of Le Warehouse Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the game or helping to set up the game are permitted to enter the game.
