1.    How do I make an order on www.361.mu?

Making an order on 361.mu is easy. Simply browse through a wide variety of products and click the item(s) you like. Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. You can also add multiple items in your cart. Once done, click on the orange cart icon on the right-hand top corner to view your cart. Proceed to check out or update your cart if you wish to add another item. Select your payment method. Fill in the form with your billing and shipping details. Complete your order by clicking on the ‘Pay and complete purchase’ button. 

2.    How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed your order, an order number will be generated. This will be a reference to follow up with your order. A copy of the order will be sent to you by email. Our team will contact to confirm the order on the next working day. Please note that our online department is operational form Monday to Friday 09 00 till 17 00, excluding public holidays.

3.    What are the delivery charges when ordering on www.361.mu?

All orders above Rs3000 will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the shipping address. A delivery fee of Rs300 will be charged for orders below this amount. This delivery fee will automatically be added to your order.

4.    What are the payment methods?

We offer different method of payments like MCB Juice, Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or Payment on delivery by Credit/Debit Cards. It should be noted that for MCB Juice and Direct Bank Transfer, our team will confirm the payment before processing your order. For MCB Juice payment, a QR Code/Phone Number will be indicated at the end of the order. For Direct Bank Transfer, a bank account number will be displayed. Irrespective of the payment method selected, our team will contact you before processing your order.

5.    What is the delivery time after completing my order?

Excluding peak seasons, your item(s) will be delivered to you within 3 working days. Our delivery team is operational from Monday to Friday 09 00 to 17 00 and Saturday from 09 00 to 12 00. Please note that our Logistic Team will contact you prior to delivering you order. 

6.    How do I contact you if I have a question?

7.    How do I contact the After Sales Service?

Our After Sales Service is available on 2070800 | 2070801. You can also send all your queries and complaints by email at info@lewarehouse.mu or simply call on 2020400. Your queries and complaints will be then forwarded to the After Sales Department where our team will handle your case as quickly as possible. 

8.    Do I need to create an account?

It is not compulsory to create an account to make an order on www.361.mu. Our website is an open digital platform where we make it easy for our customers to browse and enjoy our wide range of products. However, creating an account will make it easier and faster for you if you are a regular customer on www.361.mu. Your name and contact details will be registered in our database.
